Chromesthesia is a performance art piece featuring music poetry that explores chromesthesia and other types of synesthesia (such as tactile-visual synesthesia and touch synesthesia). Originally performed and recorded in TouchDesigner it featured interactive/reactive particles that react to touch and sound through movement and color.
This video is a remastered audio version. This piece focuses on spirituality, emotional states, and the perception or interpretation of colors. Be encouraged to empathize with others and perceive the world through the eyes of someone with chromesthesia. Appreciate the beauty of stepping into another’s perspective.
This project is a fusion of studies in color theory, virtual reality, and medical diagnosis, all presented through poetry and music. Composed by
